We provide services such as consultancy, WordPress plugin development, WordPress deployment with High Availability (HA), email newsletter setup, and related technical services. If you are not satisfied with a payment or engagement, please review this policy. The following terms apply to services and payments made to Us.
Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Wanzul Hosting Enterprise, B-05-15 Pangsapuri Embun Bayu, Persiaran Kosmos, Seksyen U5, 40150, Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia (SSM 201403298654 (PC0012291-H)).
- Deliverables mean the work product, code, configuration, or other output we provide to You under an Engagement.
- Engagement means an agreement between You and Us for the provision of Services (whether in writing, by email, or otherwise).
- Service refers to the Website and the services we offer (consultancy, development, deployment, email newsletter setup, and related technical services).
- Website refers to Wanzul Hosting, accessible from https://www.wanzul-hosting.com.
- You means the individual or entity engaging Us for Services.
Cancellation and Refund Rights
You may cancel an Engagement or request a refund in the following situations:
- Before work has started: If You have paid in advance and We have not yet substantially begun the agreed work, You may cancel and are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that Engagement.
- As agreed in the Engagement: If our written or emailed agreement with You specifies a cancellation or refund right (e.g. within a certain period, or for a milestone that was not delivered), We will honor that agreement.
To exercise Your right to cancel or request a refund, You must inform Us by a clear statement (e.g. by email to [email protected] or by phone to (+60)14 535 6443). We will process eligible refunds no later than 14 days from the day We receive Your request and confirm that the conditions for a refund are met. We will use the same means of payment that You used for the original payment where possible, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement from Us.
Conditions for Refunds
Refunds are subject to the following:
- We will not issue a refund for work that has already been completed and delivered to You, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by law.
- Custom or bespoke Deliverables (e.g. code, plugins, configurations) that have been delivered to You are generally not refundable, as they are produced to Your specifications.
- Recurring or subscription-style payments (e.g. hosting, ongoing support) may be refunded only for the unused portion and in line with any terms agreed for that service.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund request that does not meet the conditions above or that conflicts with our agreement with You. Where the law in Your jurisdiction gives You broader rights, those rights remain unaffected.
